We’re a team of health-minded faith-based people who not only supply fresh microgreens to the public, but we also teach others about the importance of eating more greens. People just don’t eat enough greens, and it’s affecting their health! Adding microgreens to your diet is an easy way to get your daily greens. My history: I grew up in Huntington Beach California and spent a lot of time riding my horse and bringing home an array of stray animals. After running a dog grooming business, my partners and I started a 501c3 non-profit animal rescue – we’re going on 15 years now. We rescue dogs, cats, horses, and an assemblage of adorable farm animals who have a sanctuary with us forever.
We travel to hurricane devastated areas every year to transport animals out and make them ready for adoption at our facility.
We also run a therapeutic riding center for veterans and people with special needs…. like the need to ride a regal and soulful horse…. the healing benefits are incredible.
Momentum Microgreens employs veterans and their family members and we offer them therapeutic riding lessons at no charge.
When I first came across microgreens, they changed my life. My health wasn’t always so good. I had a myriad of issues due to not eating enough vegetables. I had chronic fatigue, gut issues, and I was tired of being tired. For years, I tried every type of vitamin, cleanse, etc., but nothing really helped. Then I started eating and juicing microgreens – and things finally began to look up. I got better! I have never felt so good in my life. I now have more energy, vitality, and an enhanced enthusiasm for life! I put my favorite microgreens on my breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals, and also in my juices (one cannot overdose on microgreens – Thank God).
